    Did an amazing job mounting and hiding the wires for two Samsung Frame TVs. I am very much OCD and was nervous that it wouldn't be flawless…. I was nervous for nothing! They were timely, very professional and did a great job! The height of one of the televisions looked less than good….though they absolutely followed what I asked them to do…. they brought it to my attention and asked if I wanted them to remount it higher…. They did so with a smile. Cleaned up after and were just super friendly. So glad I chose them!

    Came out the same day I requested the service. Showed up on time, even took off his shoes at the front door without me asking. Installed my 85 inch TV and hid all of the wiring in the process. He was very clean and helped vacuum up all of the debris afterwards. Top notch service! Best in the Tampa Bay Area.

How do I request an installation?

It's fast and easy -- Use our online booking wizard to answer a few questions about your installation, choose your preferred appointment windows and submit your booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the time of booking only — We accept most major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Venmo. Same payment method will be applied to deposit and remainder after job completion. Currently, we do not accept cash payments.

Can you hide the cables so they're not visible?

Absolutely — wire concealment is a selectable add-on during booking. Just let us know if would like it.

I already have a compatible mount — do I need to buy a new one?

No. If you already have a mount, just let us know in the booking wizard we'll install the one you have.

How do I request a cancellation or a change to my booking?

Use the secure manage-booking link we sent you after your booking and submit cancellation request. Requests made 24 hours before appointment are eligible for a full deposit refund.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment start time are eligible for a full refund of your paid deposit. Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before your confirmed appointment start time forfeit the deposit, and the remaining balance is never charged.

How do I confirm everything looks good, or flag a problem?

After your installation, we send a confirmation link so you can confirm the job looks good or report an issue directly — whichever applies.

Can I book another installation, or request the same technician again?

Absolutely — your manage-booking link has a "Book again" option, and you can also let us know you'd prefer the same technician for next time.
